1.Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for most items within 30 days of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:
The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
It should be free of any damage, stains, or signs of wear.
All original tags and certificates (if applicable) must be included.
The item must not be a final sale or non-returnable item (see below).
2.Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene or customization reasons, including:
Custom or Personalized Orders: Items that have been custom-made, engraved, or altered in any way.
Gift Cards: All gift cards are non-refundable.
Final Sale Items: Any items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
3.Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Email our customer support at yingmuchenghui@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.
Receive Approval & Instructions: Our team will review your request and provide a return authorization number along with return shipping details.
Ship Your Item: Securely package the item and send it back using a trackable shipping method. We recommend using insured shipping, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Processing & Refund: Once received, we will inspect your return and process a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is issued.
4.Refund Details
Full Refunds: If the return meets all eligibility criteria, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Partial Refunds: If the item shows signs of use or damage, we may issue a partial refund or store credit instead.
Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
5.Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs, at no additional charge to you.
