3. PRODUCT INFORMATION

3.1 We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, sizing, and pricing are accurate. However, colours and details may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, or manufacturing processes.

3.2 All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time without notice.

4. PRICING & PAYMENT

4.1 All prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website unless otherwise stated.

4.2 Prices may change at any time, but the price shown at checkout at the time of purchase will be the price charged.

4.3 Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. We accept payment methods as displayed at checkout.

5. ORDERING & CONTRACT

5.1 After placing an order, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order.

5.2 A binding contract is formed only when your order has been dispatched.

5.3 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if:

  • The product is out of stock

  • Payment is not authorized

  • We suspect fraudulent or unauthorized activity

  • There is an error in pricing or product information

If your order is cancelled, any payment taken will be refunded.

6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

6.1 Delivery times provided are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside our control, including courier delays or customs clearance.

6.2 Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the order has been delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.

7. RETURNS & REFUNDS

We want you to love your GemRebel purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges subject to the conditions below.

7.1 Return Eligibility

You may return eligible items within 30 days of purchase, provided that:

  • Items are unworn, unwashed, and unused

  • Items are in original condition with all tags attached

  • Items are returned in original packaging

Final sale items are non-refundable and non-returnable.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

7.2 How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

7.3 Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service and retaining proof of postage, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

7.4 Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout unless otherwise agreed.

Please allow up to 2–3 weeks for your return to be processed once received.

7.5 Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges for a different size, subject to availability.

If the requested size is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
Exchanges are processed only after the original item has been returned and inspected.

8. FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item

We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

9. CARE & MAINTENANCE

To maintain the quality and longevity of GemRebel apparel, please follow the care instructions provided with each product.

General guidelines include:

  • Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle

  • Do not use fabric softeners

  • Air dry or tumble dry on low heat

  • Avoid high heat to protect silicone grips and technical fabrics

Normal wear and tear, including gradual silicone grip wear over time, is not considered a manufacturing fault.

10. CUSTOM & LIMITED-EDITION ITEMS

10.1 We do not currently offer custom-made products.

10.2 Limited-edition collections are produced in limited quantities and may not be restocked once sold out.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products

  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product concerned

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded.

All trademarks, designs, logos, images, and content on this website are owned by or licensed to GemRebel. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
